hoy voy bien, nada de mia, y lo hago por mi, por mi salud, por que no quiero ser una calavera andante, por que esta bien lo admito ya estoy algo mas flaco que lo normal, por que no me quiero dañar el estomago ni el higado ni mis riñones...

por que se lo prometi a jc, con quien por cierto cadabo de hablar...

tengo miedo!!! tengo muuuucho miedo!!!
no quiero engordar!! veo la comida y ya no es comida, son cantidades, grasa, no me siento bien, pero ya hay que pararle no?
me va a doler y cosatar pero es hora de comer bien, y que si subo 3 o 5 libras, no es el fin del mundo, solo es de hacer ejercicio(como si fuera tan facil no) se oye facil pero no lo es...
nada mas de sacar la comida, toda dentro...
se siente horrible el comer y saber pero me aguanto, Hell creo que te voy a llamar unas cuantas veces cuando me sienta culpable...
bueno este es el intento definitivo, viendo mi blog lo habia intentado 'pero no tan decidido como esta vez...

y esta es la mas importante por que se lo prometi a JC y a mi mismo...
y la verdad ya no quiero esto, ya no quiero mas la culpa ni remordimiento es hora de enfrentar mis miedos y avanzar, y si subo 2 o 3 libras pss se bajan con ejercicio no de la forma que yo lo hago...
